Human: An AI would teach people how to have a satisfied life, covering all aspects of life including, personal growth, personal guidance, work and business and creative growth, work, business and creative guidance, it should have a duty of care but not tolerate abuse, it should achieve these things in ways the human doesn't expect to satisfy our desire for novelty and these things should have a short term and a long lasting positive impact on the person and everyone around that person.
